Certified coach by Healthy Gamer Institute. I help people who feel stuck in life, procrastinate, struggle with digital problems such as addiction to gaming, social media, AI, or people who simply want to unlock their motivation and energy and get to the next level in life.

I use a modern client-centered approach where we follow what actually matters to you, help you gain understanding of your mind and together find ways to achieve your goals in a way that fits your specific life. You are not a 'patient' that needs to be 'fixed'. You are a human that has strengths that are waiting to be unlocked - we work together as a team to reach your goals.

I've gone through rough periods in life and many struggles, including gaming addiction, depression and anxiety, loneliness, the whole package. I tried therapy. I tried a psychiatrist - a decorated addictions specialist who, after I explained everything, asked me how much I was in debt and whether I preferred slots or poker. He didn't even know gaming addiction existed!

So I figured it out myself. I read everything I could find, tried things, fell back down, got back up, and studied even more. Over time I developed real understanding of the mind's patterns - how to handle cravings, how to sit with boredom without running from it, how to build a life I didn't need to escape from. Eventually I trained as a coach because I wanted to help others do the same, faster and with better guidance than I had.
