Pán doktor ma vyšetroval na úrazovej pohotovosti v Motole a chcem mu poďakovať ze bol naozaj veľmi milý a ochotný vysvetlit všetko ohľadom budúceho postupu ošetrenia môjho úrazu. Na pohotovosť som prišla v hroznom šoku a s bolestivým zranením a pán doktor ma dokázal ukludnit. Dakujem za veľmi ľudský prístup!

the first time i met him to look at my knee he said he would call me in three days for a date for an MRI. I waited a week and called him and he told me to come in a week later. When I arrived he seemed confused that he had no record of an MRI....I told him that he told me to come in today for an MRI. He then said that I needed an appointment for an MRI. I explained that this was the reason for my last visit, so we where exactly where I was two weeks earlier....setting up an appointment for an MRI. He made a phone call and showed me on the calendar that the new scheduled date for an MRI would be the following month which I was really annoyed by. When I came back a month later the receptionist said my appointment was not until the following month and upon further examination of the document that Dr. Judl game me, I found that he had made a mistake and scheduled me for the following month on the 21st, not this month as we discussed. I do not recommend a dr. that has the inability to perform menial tasks such as scheduling. What he accomplished was an MRI on March 21st for an injury that was reported to him on January 11th. This is nearly 10 weeks of waiting time for something that should have been a maximum of 4 weeks according to the receptionist at the hospital. This is unacceptable!!!
